We have really been trying to establish a consistent bedtime routine for Hannah. We are hoping it will help her continue to be a good sleeper. It normally starts around 8pm when Hannah gets to eat dinner. Next is a bath which she really likes, especially since she learned to splash. (click on the images to see a larger version)
Next we dry her off....
Then we do diaper, powder, lotion & PJ's on the changing table
Then we read a night-night book
Then Jennifer rocks Hannah to sleep usually around 9pm. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but we are trying!!
