While we were Angel Fire, we decided to cut down a tree in the forest and bring it back home. I found a pretty decent tree down the hill from the cabin about 150 yards. Here is the adventure chronicled in pictures
We are glad to report that the tree is still alive and doing well! Special thanks to Pappy and William for their help retrieving the tree and carrying kids.

I love this! We are using our 3 foot artificial tree this year, and so I am going to push for a real one next year.
